Child Action's New Partnership with the Hemraj Goyal Foundation!
We are delighted to announce a brand new partnership with the Hemraj Goyal Foundation!
Established in 2010, HGF is led by the younger members of the Goyal family and works hard to identify and support disadvantaged communities in the UK and abroad, through providing financial support and human resources to UK based charities.
This May 2015 the foundation has excitingly chosen to support Child Action’s disability project!
This project reaches out to children and young disabled people living in and around the Deonar dumping ground in Mumbai, challenging the stigma they face and helping them access education and employment opportunities, enabling them to achieve greater independence.
The project helps hundreds of individuals each year - and with The Hemraj Goyal Foundations support is set to reach up to 2000 beneficiaries in the next year alone!
We are excited for the important work that will be carried out with their generous support and look forward to sharing stories of the differences made to hundreds of lives through this new partnership.
