Child Action is a registered charity in England & Wales (no. 1133661) and a charitable company limited by guarantee (no. 07060072). This page explains how we handle your information when you use this website.

What we collect on this site: almost nothing. This website has no user accounts, no contact forms and no analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. We do not track you.

Donations. When you donate, you do so through our JustGiving page. JustGiving processes your personal and payment information under its own privacy policy; we receive only the information you choose to share with us through that platform (for example your name and message, if you make them public).

Fonts. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google. Google's handling of that request is covered by the Google privacy policy.

Email. If you email us at info@child-action.org, we will use your details only to reply to you and will not add you to any list without your consent.

Your rights. Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction and erasure. To exercise them, or to ask anything about this notice, contact info@child-action.org. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
